Guidelines For Day-Scholars

The Day scholars are expected to abide strictly by the code of behavior
given below:
The Day scholars are expected:

To follow the rules and regulations of the college so as to be a part
of the college family.
To come to college in complete uniform.
To come to college punctually and regularly.
To be in the college campus during class hours only.
Not to leave the college campus for anything or for any reason
during class hours including the recess period. Once the student
leaves the premises of the college, the college will not be held
responsible for any accident or casualty.
To utilize the library during any free period.
To report to the Vice-Principal/ Headmaster/ Registrar whenever they are late for the fist period,
before proceeding to their classes.
To submit a letter of explanation duly signed by their parents to the Headmaster/Registrar for every
absence.
To submit to the Vice-Principal/ Headmaster a letter of request for any excuse from classes.
To remit a fine of Rs. 25.00 per day for any unexcused absence.
To inform the Vice-Principal/ Headmaster immediately about any absence that is due to sickness
and to submit a doctor’s certificate of fitness after the illness.
Not to visit the hostels.
To maintain a class attendance of 90% or more.
Not to visit faculty houses
Not to bring Visitors and guests
