Guidelines for Boarders
Each Student Needs
• Two sweaters and a coat (channel)
• An umbrella and / or a raincoat
• A torch light (flash light)
• Bible including the Old and New Testaments (English)
• A mosquito net, – two bed sheets pillow cases and bed covers, a
mattres, a pillow and a quilt for w inter.
• At least 2 sets of regular uni form
• One navy blue blazer with patch pockets
• One navy blue sweater.
• Two sets of casual clothes.
• Three sets formal clothes (functions)
• At least two extra sets of clothes for leisure & playtime
• Two sets of white pyjama kurta for boys and white salwar kameez and
dupatta for girls.
• Toothbrush, soap case, a small mirror and comb. (Older boys should
bring razors).
• A good metal box / cupboard which can be locked
• A good quality lock
• Two bath towels and two hand towels.
• Two pair of shoes (formal use)
Personal Valuable and Cash:
These may be kept in the safe in the respective hostels. If the student
does not avail of this facility, the college will not be responsible for the
loss of any such valuables or cash.
Canteen & Store:
The college operates a canteen for the
benefit of the students. Students can
avail themselves of refreshments and
toiletry supplies (soap, toothpaste,
shampoo etc.) Milk and eggs are also
available in the canteen.
Text Books, note books and stationery
items are sold through the book-store
on a cash basis. Books and stationery
must be purchased from the bookstore
only.
Boy’s Uniform
The students require two types of uniforms, the regular uniform for use in classes and the PT. uniform to
be used on the day P.T. classes are conducted. It is recommended that each child possess at least three
sets of regular uniforms and one set of PT. uniform.
Note: A student will not be allowed to enter the class if any part of his/her uniform is inappropriate or
missing.
Boys’ Regular Uniform :
I. Black shoes with laces.
ii. Socks as per as the uniform.
iii. Grey trousers with not more than two pleats.
iv. Belt as supplied by the college store.
v. White shirts with a tie collar (half sleeved for summer
and full sleeved for winter.)
vi. Tie as supplied by the college store.
vii. Navy blue sweater-plain knit, “V” neck. One full
sleeves and one sleeveless.
viii. Navy blues blazer with patch pockets and two brass
buttons (compulsory).
Boys’ P.T. Uniform (for Elementary School only)
I. White shirts with a tie collar and half sleeves.
ii. White trousers with not more than two pleats.
iii. Socks as supplied by the college store
iv. White kids with laces.
Girl’s Regular Uniform :
- Black shoes with straps and buckles. No high heels should be worn’
- Socks as supplied by the school store.
- Grey skirt, broad pleated. (Should be below the knee),
- White shirt with tie collar and half sleeves. (full sleeves for winter)
- Tie as supplied by the college store.
- Belt as supplied by the college store.
- Navy blue sweater plain knit-‘V’ neck, one full sleeves and one sleveless.
- Navy blue blazers with patch pockets and two brass buttons (compulsory).
Girls’ P.T. Uniform for Elementary School only
I. White “shirts” with tie collars and half sleeves.
ii. White divided skirts with broad pleats’
iii. Socks as supplied by college store
iv. White keds with laces.
Dress Standards : All clothes must be kept neat
and clean. Boys and girls should not wear
clothes, which leave the body exposed. Short,
tight blouses and tight pants transparent or
semi-transparent are not Permitted T-shirts are
not allowed in the college premises.
