FINANCIAL INFORMATION
i. Registration Fees : The current fee structure can be obtained from the Business Office. At the time of registration and admission a yearly fee for Publication, Library, Laboratory, Audio-visual, Security etc. One paid initial with 1st term fees. The details are available with the Business Office.
ii. Late Registration Fees : Students registering or arriving at college after the close of regular registration are charged a Late Registration Fee along with all the other relevant fees.
iii. Monthly Fee : The monthly fee for Boarders for all classes is the same. Student’s fees must be received by the Business Office. The fee structure is subject to change due to inflation or financial constraint. The college will not be responsible if a student has to miss classes and examinations because of financial arrears.
iv. Fees are not refundable under any circumstances
v. Cash Advance : Parents are advised to regularly send their children pocket money for incidental expenses. Each student requires at least Rs. 200/- each month for personal needs. The college does not advance pocket money to student on their accounts. Money to travel home will not be advanced unless the student has a credit balance with the college and has a letter of authorization from the parents.
vi. Refunds/Discounts : No fees are refundable even though students may have to go home for valid reason. No discounts are granted to any students.
vii. Fees is not refundable nor adjustable in any circumstances. Any legal dispute will be subject to Roorkee Jurisdiction.
